What We Do
Silver Birch is a non profit charity and social enterprise who provide work focused training opportunities to adults with learning disabilities mainly through the provision of Social & Therapeutic Horticulture (STH). We also run a small social enterprise garden centre where all takings are reinvested back into our organisation.

HALLOWEEN PUMPKIN PATCH 2026
Our Pumpkin Patch is back for another year of frights, lights and home‑grown pumpkins. Join us at Silver Birch Scotland on Wednesday 21st and Thursday 22nd October 2026, open from 4pm to 8pm each evening.
As the sun goes down, the site comes alive. Follow the glowing trail through the haunted graveyard, meet the skeletons, scarecrows and other residents who only come out after dark, and pick your pumpkin straight from the patch where we’ve been growing them all summer.
It’s a proper night for the whole family, and every year we add something new. If you’ve been before, you know the effort that goes into it. If you haven’t, come and see what the locals have been talking about… if you dare.
Entry is £7.50 per car or £12.50 per minibus, so bring the whole gang.
